Passion for health! How I re discovered it

It’s more than midyear and as I sit down and reflect on all the things that have happened this 2018, I can’t help but realize how you can find a passion that will enlighten your life when least expected. I am a firm believer that God has a purpose for us all, and that there is always room for finding true inspiration and passion. It’s good to see that through different experiences, I am finally able to connect with my inner passion to express my thoughts and help others.

The process

I knew that I wanted to dedicate to inspire other people. Also, being an advocate for a better living was my dream. I tried many things, made several connections, took courses, I worked in different types of jobs, to the point where I felt becoming a multi-faceted person! That wasn’t bad, as I always considered that the more skills you know, the more open- ended opportunities you can explore to do. However, I still wasn’t feeling that level of passion. So, I felt like there was more out there that I could contribute in life.

The discovery

One day, as a weird coincidence, I started writing my thoughts on things that I had learned in the past. These were topics in which I had some sort of “expertise” or passion. By doing this, I discovered I could actually develop articles to reach out to people and help them to connect with what they are looking for! Exactly, that’s how I discovered blogging!

I always had this idea in the past that blogging was made for professional writers, journalists, and people who wrote for entertainment. How I was so mistaken with that concept! I didn’t fully understand what blogging was like, what bloggers actually do, and what is involved in this activity.  

At first, as a health consultant and expert, the last thing I thought of doing was to write articles. I love public speaking, and one on one coaching. This is part of my passion, but never considered actually writing my own advice. Well, once I started creating articles, I found it inspiring, knowing that I was answering to some of the most common health issues and needs.

The Challenge

Through an acquaintance I decided to start the 30 day blog challenge, which was a great learning experience for me, as I could connect with other fellow writers, and put more work into understanding what I was doing and where I wanted to go. It helped me to redefine my goals, my aspirations, and to be able to clearly deliver the message that I´ve been doing, but now, in a more fun, creative way.  I enjoy what I do as a health coach, and its funny to know that apart from the one on one or group sessions coaching, I am becoming more motivated to share and write my own passion on a regular basis. It is surprising how much you can learn and give. It is interesting to discover unique alternatives to support people.

Getting at it!

The challenge was so helpful. It allowed me to learn how to dive into creative  strategies to reach out to more people. Apart from that, I could engage in diverse cultures. Exchangin ideas in different communities, and keeping up with new trends was such an adventure! This helped me to strengthen my experience in modern trends, in order to be able to address common people’s needs. I hope to share my stories and knowledge. Also, communicate effectively to help you achieve your personal health goals.

Life is all about finding a mission. Explore opportunities and find ways to expand your potentialso . If you are on a journey, know that there are always chances available to improve. The most important thing is to look for your own personal satisfaction. Strive to live to your own expectations and do what makes you happy! It’s not a matter of doing what everybody else does, but staying true to yourself! Always get a chance to learn.

Ever since I started my fitness, healthy journey, my life has changed for the better. I´ve found motivation, developed more positivity and now I have a different perspective about life. I feel the need to share my experiences with other people who are struggling with their own health. Looking for ways to improve your wellbeing can be a struggle. I am hopeful that whatever I’m sharing  is helping you to achieve a better health. The door is open for exchange of ideas, networking, and educating people.
