Did you know that they also make a good healthy holiday appetizer, besides adding them to cake and desserts? Therefore, this time of the year, dare yourself to try something different for you and/or your guests.

For this recipe, I am including cashews as the main dish, a great healthy holiday appetizer. It also serves as snack or for left-overs, which I doubt would happen, given the awesome taste! It is not only something different, but it’s a good combination with seeds to make a more “full” appetizer, rather than serving alone along with other snacks. Also, you can store them in a mason jar after served. The best part is that this snack is less than 100 calories! Give them a try!
